GDPI

Getting a call for Personal Interview is the final stage of your mission. Most of the organisations & Institutes will put you through a Writing ability test (WAT) or a Group Discussion (GD) besides the Personal Interview (PI). Our PI series is a complete module on the final stage of your selection. The real clincher in any job placement or admission process is the Personal Interview stage. It is through a personal interview that a company or a college is able to gauge the personality, intent and competence of a candidate. Even though an interview is supposed to be a dialogue, it turns out to be a question answer session. The good news is that most of the questions are predictable but the bad news is that the answer to these questions have to be customized and there are no blanket answers to these questions (nor there should be)! The Group discussion is used to assess your group dynamics and the WAT to assess your written communication & expression.
